As a social worker , as a Manager for human reasources and career adviser our president Natasha Jovanoska, very often has been a link between the young people and the
businesses, machining the talents and needs, but also recognizing the skills gap, and finding solutions how this problem to be overcome. The organization has experience in severalsimilar projects covering VET sector in creative and cultural industries. Several members of the organization are small business and startup consultants and have held trainings onEntrepreneurship, Business Administration and Soft Skills for business.
