We, the children with disabilities understand culture too
Main goal
Raising awareness with the general public through sharing information and joint activities with people with disabilities in the area of culture, as well as recognizing their abilities, needs, opportunities and creative talents they possess.
Let’s create together
Project : “Let’s create together” Financed by ELS Prilep( 2013-2017)
Main objective: Development of artistic potential and creative abilities of young people in
the municipality of Prilep in terms of promotion of cultural tourism and traditional values
Specific objectives:
- to stimulate creativity and creative abilities of young people in the municipality of
Prilep
- to qualify 30 young people to make handmade jewelry out of wire, pearl, knitting and
leather stripes.
Through these activities, in cooperation with the Trade Chamber from the municipality of
Prilep, the traditional handicrafts will be popularized affirming the traditional values of our
country, while, on the other hand, 30 young people are going to be qualified to make
handmade objects with the aim to promote the creative industries.

Open door – for youth by youth
Project : Open door – for youth by youth .
Donors to the action - European Union IPA Human resource development. Amount
contributed (by donor) 148 462.Dates (from 14/12/2015 to 14/08/2017). Objectives and
results of the action:
Objectives: Overall objective of the project is to facilitate the social inclusion of vulnerable
young people through creation of equal opportunities for accessing the labor market. Specific
objective is to support, encourage and increase the participation of vulnerable young people
in the labor market by improving their employability, build skills to join the labor market and
fully integrate into the society.
Results: 1) Formed civic and professional staff multipliers from the public sector for Carrier
Counselling for young people at risk of social exclusion; 2) Established and equipped 4
Youth Info-Carrier Centres at local level; 3) Increased employability and conditions for
labour market integration of 130 youngsters. More Details
I AM ABLE…JUST REACH OUT…DO AS I DO
It was supported by the Ministry of culture, the Chamber of Trade in Prilep also in Prilep in
May-July 2015 . This project was based on the field of creative industry.

Volunteering opportunities abroad.

07/07/2014).
Objectives and results of the action:
Objectives: Explore volunteerism, learn more about Youth in Action Programme,
networking, to promote young people’s active citizenship in general and their European
citizenship in particular, to foster mutual understanding between young people in different
countries, to contribute to developing the quality of support systems for youth activities and
the capabilities of civil society organisations in the youth field, to promote European
cooperation in the youth field.
Results: 30 participants from 10 countries, shared European values for 8 days, they visited a
lot of centres, youth NGOs and centres for orphans promoting volunteerism, make contacts
for future partnerships and contact, creating a network for applying future projects, promoted
cooperation in the youth field, increase their knowledge about Youth in Action Programme,
participants were coming from EU, SEE and Caucasus countries fostering mutual
understanding and promoting their active European Citizenship.

This project was completely supported by EACEA youth in action.. Project started dates
(from 08/01/2014 to 09/07/2014).Objectives and results of the action
Objectives: The project aims to reduce the number of car accidents that take the lives of
thousands of people yearly as well as to decrease the consumption of narcotics and alcohol,
especially while combined with driving. Nevertheless, the project aims to unite young people
coming from 7 countries through the same message provided along with tolerance and mutual
understanding.
Results: 43 young people involved, raised awareness concerning the high number of car
accidents provoked by young people and of people killed or seriously injured; network
created between the participant NGOs/groups for future collaborations, and European
cooperation in the youth field promoted. Brochure/guide and web page for consequences of
using drugs and alcohol and their effect, while driving developed.

Objectives: To offer positive role models from the music industry and to raise motivation of
the young people residents in the public institutions for children with educational and social
problems.
We create together, innovative realization and implementation of the
convention about the promotion of the protection of differencies and cultural
expressing.
This project was completely supported by the Ministry of culture and it was realized in 2014.

Expressing feelings and emotions

Objectives:
Main objective: To stimulate integration and socialization among children with different
ethnical origin and children with special needs from primary and secondary schools in the
municipality of Prilep.
Specific objectives:
- To develop creativity, cultural dialogue and mutual respect among children with
different ethnical origin and children with special needs from primary and secondary
schools in the municipality of Prilep
- To inform and educate the wider public about the importance of integration and
socialization among children with different ethnical origin and children with special
needs in building democratic values of a civil society.
Expected results:
- Improved social integration of children with special needs and strengthened
awareness of their own qualities and talents
- Promoted mutual cultural values, tradition and customs
- Developed creativity and artistic expression
- Improved cultural cooperation, mutual understanding and respect among children
with different ethnical origin and children with special needs from primary and
secondary schools in the municipality of Prilep
- Increased public awareness about the importance of active involvement of children
with special needs in the process of integration and socialization.

Objectives: To offer positive role models of fine art recognized in the society and raise the
motivation of the young people residents in the public institutions for children with
educational and social problems.
Results: The children are introduced and familiar with new drawing techniques presented by
the well known artists Zivko Popovski Cvetin.
