The project “Open door – for youth by youth” is implemented by Coalition of youth organizations SEGA in partnership with EASP from Macedonia and K.A.B.A. Slovensko from Slovakia and its aim is social inclusion of vulnerable group of young people through creation of equal opportunities for access into the labor market and employability enhancement through building of skills for their inclusion into the labor market.

Target groups: professional staff in relevant public body actors: municipalities, centres for social work, employment service centres, public institutions for children and young people from Macedonia;

The role of expert from K.A.B.A. Slovensko was to develop two methodologies and set-up corresponding pilot trainings:
1. Development of Methodology for career counselling and early career guidance

• Methodology for guidance services in the field of provessional orientation and career guidance for adolescents

• Methodology for Kompetenzenbilanz (skills assessment) for youth at risk

2. Organisation of Train of Trainers – ToT workshops
